Application of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) of the Municipality of Puebla, intended to provide timely attention to situations that put the integrity or assets of people at risk.
As part of the Proximity Vectors Strategy, citizens may request the support of the Municipal Police by activating a virtual button and will observe in real time the arrival of the unit, to the indicated place, in a period of no more than five minutes.
Also, the user will be able to communicate, by telephone, with the Vector Police closest to his location, which will give immediate response to any request issued.
This application will also provide the following services:• Verification of the status of units entered into the Municipality Vehicle Deposit.• Access to the tabulator of rates for faults to the Traffic, Mobility and Road Safety Regulations.• Telephone service, available 24 hours a day, to answer questions about violations of the Traffic, Mobility and Road Safety Regulations.• Access to the official portal of the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) which, in turn, has information of interest to tourists.• Issuance of congratulations or complaints about police action, which will be received by the Corporations Internal Affairs Directorate.The Municipal Government makes this technological tool available to families, in order to strengthen actions focused on crime prevention and the construction of safer environments.
